Diferentes tipos de laser, diferentes aplica\u00e7\u00f5es. Hoje vamos falar sobre a m\u00e1quina de grava\u00e7\u00e3o a laser de fibra.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><b>Do aplicativo: <\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O laser de fibra \u00e9 usado principalmente para materiais met\u00e1licos e alguns pl\u00e1sticos, como SS, CS, lat\u00e3o, AL, couro sint\u00e9tico, ard\u00f3sia e pl\u00e1stico ABS, PU etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><b>Da pot\u00eancia do laser: <\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O laser de fibra se divide em m\u00e1quina de marca\u00e7\u00e3o a laser de fibra (de 20w a 300w) e m\u00e1quina de corte a laser de fibra (de 1,5kw a 40kw).<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><b>Da fonte do laser:<\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A fonte de laser \u00e9 dividida em fonte de laser do tipo pulsado e fonte de laser do tipo CW. A pot\u00eancia do laser de 20w a 300w pertence \u00e0 fonte de laser pulsado e a de 1,5kw a 40kw pertence \u00e0 fonte de laser CW.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><b>Da cabe\u00e7a do Galvo: <\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seja o laser de CO2 ou o laser de fibra ou outros tipos de laser, h\u00e1 o laser 2D e o laser 3D.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Laser de fibra 2D: <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A \u00e1rea de trabalho do laser de fibra 2D \u00e9 opcional, como: 100x100mm, 150x150mm, 175x175mm, 200x200mm, 300x300mm. De modo geral, 300x300mm \u00e9 a maior \u00e1rea de trabalho. Por que sua \u00e1rea de trabalho \u00e9 opcional?<\/p>\n<p>Como dissemos, para a mesma pot\u00eancia, quanto maior a \u00e1rea de trabalho, mais fraco ser\u00e1 o feixe de laser. Essa \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o pela qual precisamos escolher uma \u00e1rea de trabalho de 100x100 mm se precisarmos fazer grava\u00e7\u00f5es profundas ou cortar materiais finos. Mas voc\u00ea pode escolher duas lentes se for necess\u00e1rio. Se precisar apenas de marca\u00e7\u00e3o na superf\u00edcie, escolha 200x200mm ou 300x300mm. Quando precisar de grava\u00e7\u00e3o profunda, escolha a \u00e1rea de trabalho de 100x100mm. N\u00e3o \u00e9 dif\u00edcil trocar as lentes por conta pr\u00f3pria.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u><b>Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de laser de fibra 2D: <\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O laser 2D tem apenas o eixo X e Y, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 eixo Z. Essa \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o pela qual ele pode cortar ou gravar no m\u00e1ximo 1,5 a 2 mm, pois a profundidade de foco do laser 2D \u00e9 de cerca de 2 mm quando usamos lentes de 100x100 mm. Durante a profundidade do foco, a pot\u00eancia do feixe de laser \u00e9 praticamente a mesma. Acima ou abaixo do foco, a pot\u00eancia do laser ser\u00e1 alterada. Assim, ele pode manter o foco sempre na superf\u00edcie do material. Essa \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o pela qual ele pode gravar mais profundamente do que o laser 2D.<\/p>\n<p>Do ponto de vista do cabe\u00e7ote Galvo, tamb\u00e9m podemos ver a diferen\u00e7a.
